Matteo ORTALDA, degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Brescia, has a Master of Business Administration from the Business School of the University of Bologna.
A strategy consultant with extensive experience in supporting the development of business activities, with a strong capability in designing business solutions both in terms of organisation and finance.
The main skills gained during Matteo’s experiences are sectoral analysis of markets, planning of internationalisation operational programs, a skilled negotiator within foreign markets, problem solving, operational support to the company in the formulation and management of international growth initiatives.
Active for over 18 years in consulting with companies in Italy, the UK and Ireland. As the founding partner of GEMAST Consulting he is responsible for coordination of all projects on the Italian markets, providing support to the UK and Ireland.

Jacopo VISETTI has a degree in Finance from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and Macroeconomics from the University of Harvard. A research thesis on Emission Markets was also completed in 2011.
Prior to working in environmental markets, he began his career in London in 2006 as a Market Analyst on the desk of exotics trading with Pragma Wealth Management, a hedge fund with over 2 billion euros of assets under management.
In 2009 he joined the FX Trading Desk with responsibility for the development of the Environmental Desk. In 2010 he founded AitherCO2, a leader in the Environmental derivatives market.
Since 2011 Jacopo has been an active visiting Professor at the Politecnico di Torino, as a teacher of Environmental Finance and Visiting Professor at the University Luiss Guido Carli University and the University of Dakar, Senegal.
Invited to be a speaker at the Environmental Forum in 2010 as well as a regular testifier on environmental Market Based Mechanisms at the California State Senate. In 2015 he founded Consulenti Londra in the UK, a consulting company focused on providing support to Italian companies with aspirations to grow internationally.
Carlo PILIA is a Professional Engineer licensed in multiple countries who focuses on overall business enhancement, efficiency and growth strategies, blending a unique background comprising of civil engineering and business management and development.
With a diverse background in both startup operations and global public enterprises, he provides a unique knowledge in understanding business and management’s needs to succeed and thrive in different markets and through alternating economic cycles.
Carlo has been involved in startup operations in Ireland and the UK, and since 2011 in the United States of America, where he is currently based.
While working for a global consulting company publicly traded on the Australian Stock Market, Carlo delivered income growth of +400% in less than five years, completely turning around a profit center while conquering a position of absolute leadership within the market place. Giuseppe GRECO, with over 34 years in the automotive sector across Italy, USA, Canada, Netherlands and Venezuela.
Previous Chairman and Managing Director of Lamborghini Automobili SpA until 2004, responsible for the development of the new range of products: the Murcèlago and the Lamborghini Gallardo. During his tenure, Lamborghini increased their production sevenfold and revenues increased by five times.
Previous experiences include successfully managing car showrooms for multiple brands.
As Chief Executive Officer of Ferrari North America (Texas) for three years, Giuseppe successfully strengthened the brand image and significantly increased sales volumes. In two years he was able to double the sales volumes for Alfa Romeo North America.
Four years in the Netherlands as Managing Director of the Fiat group and as many years in Venezuela as Chairman of Fiat cars. Increasing sales from 3,600 to more than 10,000 units. Before that he was Regional Director of Fiat USA and Canada.
Dr. Greco holds a Degree in Political Science from the University of Naples and also served within the Operator’s Service as Second Lieutenant.
Walter ZANAGNOLO, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Brescia, holds a Master in Management Control at Infinance in Milan.
Walter specialises in providing interim management support.
He deals with financial planning, administration and management control for small and medium-sized enterprises.
After graduating from a manufacturing company, he has been working on more and more business management by combining technical and analytical skills including: accounting, budgeting and business planning.
Horacio Pavón Puro
Horacio Pavón Puro holds a Law Degree from the University of Seville in Spain, with a Master in Law. Mr. Puro earned extensive experience in the National Courts of Spain where he practiced from 2014 to 2017. During this time, Mr. Pavón Puro worked with various legal firms associated with Legalitas, earning a wide experience in labor, civil, criminal cases, in addition to negotiation and client’s counselling for matters ranging from real estate to businesses and startups.
In 2016 Mr. Pavón Puro founded the law firm leYel Abogados, which provides legal assistance in civil, labor and foreign law. leYel Abogados also specializes in providing legal counsel and support to immigrants from Eastern Europe trying to relocate to Spain.
Emily RAY is a certified public accountant in the United States with over a decade of experience in accounting and tax advisory. She holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation degrees from the University of Central Florida.
With experience assisting large multi-national enterprises with numerous subsidiaries and branches, to small family-run companies, Emily can support internal finance and accounting roles from chief financial officer to bookkeeper. Her skills include organisation of accounting information to aid in key decision-making, tax optimisation and compliance, and coordination of accounting teams for maximum efficiency.
She has a passion for educating clients and other professionals regarding tax and accounting matters, as well as delving into international tax, structuring businesses to meet the owners’ objectives, and working with estate planning attorneys and financial advisors to meet clients’ goals.
Emily has worked with a wide variety of industries, including real estate developers, construction companies, manufacturing businesses, technology firms, and healthcare facilities. She champions creative approaches to managing the array of issues that arise for each unique sector.
Nicola FONTANA, holding a Master’s degree in Business Consulting from the University of Brescia. Also qualified as a chartered accountant since 2015.
He began his training in the family courier business spending three years as an administrative clerk, dealing with the ongoing accounting, billing, treasury and credit management.
He then joined KPMG’s S.p.A., Audit Division, conducting regular account audits of the statutory holdings of capital companies.
Moving on to work at Vavassori-Rivetti and completing his CPA training in parallel.
Since October 2016 Nicola has been with GEMAST Consulting, providing support in financial planning and control.
